We knew the Republicans wouldn't sit back and would get their Tazewell buddies involved. It was on all of our Bingo cards. Experts are saying the challenge won't hold up, especially since the voters decided and certainly understood what was happening despite Republicans skewing of the verbage. The Tazewell judges seem to think we yes voters are stupid. I have total faith in Jay Jones.
When I first put our address in vpap months ago it put us in 04. Yesterday, it put us in 05. Either way, no more Wittman. I think 37 precincts are moving to 05 and 17 into 04.
It will be interesting. SCOTUS set a precedent and the Tazewell hold is weak at best.
We expect that Wittman will NOT be going away entirely. So whether you're in VA-04 or VA-05 or elsewhere, he'll continue to play a role in Virginia politics.
